Let me kick off this review by saying that when I received the Tri-Bot, my heart was pounding with excitement and joy just like when I was a kid on Christmas, opening up my most anticipated presents. Even now as I type this article, I am still smiling... as all of you will when you pick one up for yourself.

We got a chance to snap a few quick pictures at WowWee's booth at the CES Unveiled press event today (Sat 6 Jan 2007). Out of the 3 products they were allowed to bring in, I ignored the RS Media, as you RoboCommunity folks have seen many of those. Here are the other 2.

I'm sure that you have your own desktop companion, and if you don't - you should! They're fun and they often take on a personality all their own. This is a simple video that shows off some of the things that Robosapien V2 can do.  The demo is what is built-in to every Robosapien V2 and can be activated by hitting the "D" button on the remote control. 

Some of the things included in the video are movement of the head, arms, and torso as well as laying down on the floor...

Here's a quick video I put together of the interaction commands that automatically take place between the RSV2 and the Robopet. It's a really cute (and long) interaction. All I did was hit the "Robopet Interaction" button on the RSV2 remote and let the robots do the rest. Oh yes, the interaction differs slightly every time so try it...
