Rovio and Kinect Motion Control.

Last night I spent some time plaing with Rovio in a new cool way. I used Kinect connected to my pc to control the movements by using a new software release found at http://projects.ict.usc.edu/mxr/faast/forum/

It works by your body movement forward, left, right and back. It also allows your hand to be used as mouse and mouse clicks. Real fun and gives you jedi force!

The software forum has lots "bindings" for all kinds of pc games if your a gamer you can now be immersed in action and actually get that butt off the couch, or not haha.

This would be the third kinect software of this kind that I have found. Anyhow, lots of fun even for just using your hand as mouse for regular pc use.

Did something change? The SourceForge project page shows "no files" available for download, at least as far as I can see:

Here, Peter, there is the evidence. The same user that spammed the other thread. Just incase he deletes this comment the evidence always there. Maybe the user needs to be banned.

To my opinion, Kinect is by far the best thing out. You can control things with "the force". Freddy got it working with his PC and it is awesome. You can also use Kinect as a security camera for your home which can track incoming people and zoom into them and record a video. Very cool.

Well you'll have to prove it to me. And how old are you exactly? Because for Mark to be your cousin you'd have to be around 20.

And Peter, I think you should close this thread aswell.
