HELP with remote controller question

Hi community 

I am new to robots, and I have just got robobuilder. And now I am working with motionbuilder. So my questions are: you know there are forward, backward, left, right buttons in remote controller. When i am clicking for example, forward button the robot makes movement only once. Is it possible if I click bottun no.1 and keeps going untill i press button no.2? 

2.Can I change functionality of forward button to backward button? For example, when I click forward robot goes back and vice versa.

3.Can I change default position? When I turn the robot on, I want it to be in another pose.
