Should I get Robopanda

Does anybody have any good hacks or stories for robopanda. I want to get all of the wowwee robotics, but I see no point in getting robopanda if it's just going to sit on my shelf.

Script-writer for RoboPanda needed, no tech skills required :))

But as You known - technical details are boring and uninteresting :)) So we need something flashy and eye-catching. WowWee RoboPanda's RFID Friend

I've had my RoboPanda for a while now. As you may know, he has a little furry friend, who he recognizes using an RFID tag. What you might not know unless your up on your conspiracy theories, is that RFID tags are going to be the bane of our existence in the near future. At first I thought I could live with it, the teddy panda is so cute, but it ate away at me. Knowing that in some way, in some shape, someone could be monitoring my RoboPanda / Teddy interaction. I had to know, and unfortunately that meant my cute little teddy panda had to go under the knife. I had no real idea of where the RFID tag was hiding, but I figured it was somewhere in the stomach. I decided the best point of entry was the label on his back. So I could extract the RFID tag, and get rid of the label at the same time. After slicing him open and removing most of the stuffing, I finally located the RFID in a little pouch attached to the inside of his chest. Now that I had the tag, I had to find out what...

Allow me to introduce you to my RoboPanda, this is him, and thats more than a gleam in his left eye! but more on that later. You will be happy to hear that Wow Wee's resident deranged mental patient is still alive and well, designing packaging. So if you buy a RoboPanda, you won't be getting him out of the box in a hurry. The recommended extraction method is as usual, a sharp knife, a pair of wire cutters and time. Unfortunately I am a little old for the singing and story telling aspect of things, but I am sure that as a young child I would have loved to have one of these to play with. RoboPanda comes with these helpful little stickers attached to show you the location of his touch sensors. My favourite sticker, just in case you didn't read the box, or the manual, or notice the obvious battery hatches, is there to remind you that you need batteries. I found that wowwee does not mention the IR sensor that lays just below the left eye of the robopanda. Just how smart is robopanda?? If anyone has taken it apart and found any other "hidden" features please let me know.(:^)))

If you look in under one of robopanda's eyes it looks like there is a ir or camera sensor under the LEDs, any ideas as to what it is?

Has any one found any robopanda hacks? i've thought of changing the LEDs in its eyes. How about installing an IR sensor in one of the eyes?? I've just thought about these, i'm too afraid of breaking my little panda.
