roboquad is dead

I got one for my son and he started playing with it so then like a month later he lost the controler and couldn't operate it. a year later he found it when he turned it on it blinked then froze. so I replaced the batteries it still wouldn't work so he let sit there for about a month without touching it then he turned it on it didn't do anything. So what should I do.
